The Group room rate above is subject to a non-commissionable daily resort fee of $20.00 per room per night (originally $20.00). This fee is included in the price above when you use the group rate link above. It will cover several amenities, which include: Daily Enhanced High Speed Internet Access, Daily Pickleball Equipment and Court Rental for 1 hour for 2 guests per room, Daily Pickleball demonstration (sign up required) from 4-5 pm, Daily Bike Rentals for 2 guests per room for 2 hours, Daily Putting Green access for 1 hour, Daily 2 s'mores kits extra large for Firepits and firepits area with camp fire story reading, Daily historic Mansion (sign up required) 10% off Spa & Golf.

Sons of Confederate Veterans - Bluegrass Brigade will clearly and conspicuously disclose the resort fee to its attendees in writing.
