Dates: The 2026 Sons of Confederate Veterans National Reunion begins on Tuesday, July 14 and continues through Saturday, July 18, 2026.
Location: The Reunion will be held at the Griffin Gate Golf Resort & Spa, 1800 Newtown Pike, Lexington, KY 40511
Access and Parking: Information regarding access to the vendor area for unloading, and parking will be provided by the Brigade's Vendor Manager or his designee at the time vendors check in at the Reunion registration table.
Registration: Registration is on a “first come, first serve” basis. A completed Registration form, accompanied by payment in full, must be received by Friday, June 26, 2026. Vendor space is limited so do not wait!

Set up will be Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Vendor Sales Thursday-Friday 7:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m., Saturday 7:00 a.m. -12:00 noon.
Vendors are responsible for their own set-up and clean-up. Vendors are ultimately responsible for their own goods and merchandise. While the Vendor area will be locked after hours, SCV Bluegrass Brigade and Griffin Gate Marriott hotel Staff are not responsible for your vendor items.
TABLES are $70 each and include 2 chairs and black table covers.VENDOR AREA IS LIMITED DUE TO MANDATORY REQUIREMENT BY SCV HQ. AREA MUST BE ABLE TO BE LOCKED. There will also be a limited amount of "unlocked space". Vendors will be liable for their own goods in either space.
